Together we'll explore the history of food and dining in Italy from the fall of Rome through the High Renaissance in this informal virtual cooking class. We'll discover stories directly linked to some of the most world's most renowned artists and cook a meal inspired by recipes in 15th century cookbooks. All of this while sipping a modern cocktail.
