Fascinator

Raid your recycling bin for plastic containers and punch two holes - each on opposite ends. You will pull a string through each hole to adjust the fascinator around your neck.

Gather two pieces of yarn or string about 12” long, glue, a popsicle stick and anything you’d like to attach to your hat. I used feathers and pom poms but if you don’t have these, don’t fret. Go outside and gather leaves, grass or small branches!

Create your own pattern and let dry while you prepare Scones. Then, pour yourself a cup of tea, wear your fascinator and pretend you’re having tea with the Queen of England.
